PETITION STATEMENT
We ask the City of Waupaca to investigate recurring garbage and recycling bin (cart) damage, determine whether collection equipment, procedures, cart condition, or another factor is contributing, clarify the repair and replacement process and who is responsible for costs, work with the collection provider to reduce preventable damage, and publish its findings and any corrective actions.
